Output Window Reference

Right-click actions

Copy

After selecting text within the Output window, choose this option to copy the content to the clipboard.

Paste

Disabled. It is not possible to paste data to the Output window.

Find...

Select this option and enter a search term to find it in the Output window.

Find Next

Find the next occasion of the search term as entered using the Find... command.

Find Previous

Find the previous occasion of the search term as entered using the Find... command.

Filter...

Use this option to show only lines containing a specified text string.

Errors

When enabled, error messages are displayed in the Output window.

注	A message can contain the word error without necessarily having the message severity of an error, which is displayed in red. With Errors enabled and Warnings disabled, such a message is not displayed.

Warnings

When enabled, warning messages are displayed in the Output window.

Information

When enabled, all content other than error messages and warnings is displayed in the Output window.

Wrap Text

When enabled, long lines of text will be wrapped.

Larger Font

Increase the font size in the Output window.

Smaller Font

Decrease the font size in the Output window.

Settings...

This opens a window with Options for the Output window settings of the font type face, size, and colors.

Save As...

Save the contents of the Output window to a text file. Note that the automated saving approach retains the entire session’s data in a .log file. The Save As... action only saves the current content of the Output window.

Reset

Clear the contents of the Output window.

Close

Closes the acive Output window tab.

Output Folds...

This functionality is disabled. Selecting any of the sub-options under Output Folds does nothing.
