Using the Output Window

The Output window gives a precise text description of all developments within the simulation.

This window is open in the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ workspace by default. However, to open the Output window, select Window > Output.

The Output window can have multiple tabs open at once, for example if you have multiple simulations open. To close all tabs of the Output window at once, right-click any of the tabs and select Close All Tabs.

Right-clicking in the Output window provides options to control which output is displayed, how it is displayed, and to save the contents to a text file.
