Windows Encoding

To display international language packages (for example, Korean) on Windows, Design Manager requires the UTF-8 encoding. To activate it:

Open Control Panel > Region
In the Administrative tab, click Change system locale then activate Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.
